Because I sense the Twinkle Park forum won't exactly get started without this topic.

This is where we'll post the characters we'll use in the forthcoming RPs. I managed to snag a template from Concept: Mobius that'll help us with exactly this, plus it'll help us keep track of our characters as well as others, should interaction take place.

One more thing. You don't have to follow the template down to the last letter- but the more detail you add to your character, the more generally believable that character will be. This is strongly advised- add as much detail as humanly possible; really make him, her, or it stand out against the other OCs.
